Asphalt Repair

Economical, Effective, Lasting

When asphalt surfaces are not regularly maintained with commercial grade asphalt sealcoat,  moisture permeates through the asphalt to the grade below. The moisture softens the grade, causing the asphalt above to crack or sink creating pot holes. The damaged asphalt allows even more moisture to pass through to the grade below, compounding the degradation of the asphalt above.

At Morcom Paving we are experts at assessing damaged asphalt and providing you with different options, so you can decide what type of asphalt repair would be the most cost effective and beneficial for your investment. We will work with you to provide an economical solution for your project, making your asphalt long-lasting and functional without a  replacement of the entire surface.

Low Spots or Pot Holes

If you have pot holes, which can damage vehicle tires and potentially be dangerous to pedestrians, or low spots that gather water during the rain, we can fill these in or remove the damaged section and replace it. We can also come up with other water diversion solutions to prevent future damage and standing water.

Severe cracks ("Aligation")

The best solution to severe cracking is usually removing just the section of damaged asphalt (Along with the softened grade below) and then replace the section with new asphalt. Depending on the condition of your surface we may have other asphalt repair and water diversion solutions to increase the longevity of your surface.

To avoid the need for asphalt repair, get your asphalt surface sealcoated at least every three years. Check out our asphalt sealcoating services here
